Excursion:

In a 3 hours class you will cook a 3 course menu under the close supervision of Chef Davide Minerva.

You will cook traditional dishes such as “Arancino” filled with grilled eggplants, ragusano cheese and horse meat; “Gnocchi with ricotta cheese and pork meat sauce”; “Orange thuile, almond cream, pistacchio and Modican chocolate”.

At the end of the cooking class you will enjoy your special meal.
